Steeles-West River Ranch is located on the banks of the
Arkansas River in southeastern Colorado, 15 miles east of Pueblo. We started as
a husband and wife team and are avid sportsman, enjoying the great outdoors
every chance we can, pursuing everything from waterfowl to elk to anything
swimming. We also enjoy artifact hunting, camping and atv'in w/ our argo. Our
joy of hunting and shooting led us to create our "CLAYS TRAIL" sporting clays
course out back, overlooking the river. We shoot every other Sunday @ 10:00 am.

We've been making our venison & wild game sausages for years, and
started creating our own seasonings due to the fact that every sausage seasoning
we tried "off the shelf" seemed to be the same thing, powdered spices with loads
of salt, msg... really designed for pork, and most of them tasted the same.
We've blown the roof off that. Try ours once and we guarantee you'll notice the
difference.
